Inferior service, predatory practices. Nosotros started out using BigRoad, which was somewhere between bad and terrible. They up-sold us on their "improved" technology, which is Fleet Complete. Nosotros stupidly signed up. Paid thousands for our 25 trucks. The service was so bad we had drivers quitting. We would take drivers showing going from sleeper booth to driving / on-duty xxx or 40 times during a ten hour break. FC seemed to think this was no big deal. When DOT inspectors roll their eyes or make a face when you tell them yous have Fleet Complete, you know the problem goes much deeper than your own experience. I was told when we were talked into "upgrading" from BigRoad to Fleet Complete, that nosotros were only committed to a single yr at a time. The contract reads "3 Annually Terms" which I have never seen before on a contract, but given the verbal information I received, I took that to mean what I was verbally told, that I could abolish the contract at the end of any yearly period. I told
Telematics were decent. Likes the fact we could read fuel levels in each truck.
ELD would spontaneously show drivers moving from sleeper berth to driving 30 - 50 times in a 10 hour remainder period. This created massive issues with drivers being angry almost having to spend a half 60 minutes or more editing logs before they could drive. Issues with the ELD sending logs to inspectors. We had a truck put out of service in one case becasue the arrangement wouldn't transfer logs. I called tech support and they gave the same canned response we always got when we called... "We are working to resolve the issue"
I was deceived past their marketing and frustrated with the service we had.

I am able to come across our fleet at anytime and we are more than accurately tracking.
Very reliable/accurate GPS location. The "breadcrumb" feature is pretty crawly.
Some of the reporting software is not as uncomplicated equally I thought
it seemed like a good arrangement and the Client Support we dealt with were extremely helpful.
Verizon cut our service off without telling us and nobody contacted usa and they were not helpful at all with trying to get us set back up.

Worst client service I have encountered. After 2 months of attempting to address a unit not working, I requested an early on cancellation. It has been 1 1/two years and tin can never get them to respond. Promised over the phone (subsequently extensive wait times only to reach someone) that someone would call me and they never do. finally contacted AT&T (that is who the billing is through) and got them to cancel. Nonetheless working on being refunded for all the fees paid for a production that didn't piece of work. THERE ARE MUCH Meliorate ALTERNATIVES - THIS IS NOT A Proficient COMPANY TO WORK WITH.

Sadly, one of the devices did not piece of work starting November 16, 2021 and later on 3 separate technical support cases being opened over a 5 month period to fix the device they repeatedly did zippo and never updated me on the progress even though they said they would electronic mail me, call me dorsum, they said they would "escalate the case to the adjacent level to review if the device needs to be replaced., and they said they would speak to their supervisor nearly fixing the issue.
I liked the selling betoken of the app where I can track my trucks delivering production to clients.
The FT1 device does not work well. 1 of the device stropped working and I could not get technical support that fixed the effect. They kept saying they were escalating the case to the next level to encounter if I need a replacement simply nil would come of it(I would wait 1 calendar month).
I have a friend who works there and I wanted to help him out with a sale.

The ease of use is slap-up, allowing us to see and track all vehicles in our fleet. We tin run a number of reports which help us manage our vehicles and personel.

Real time tracking, with the addition of Big Route all in the same system to access and monitor makes my life and then much easier! With tracking in all vehicles, we had been able to use the tracking of not only location only asset speeds to assistance in an insurance claim that saved us serious money! Furthermore, the ability to track from mobile devices makes juggling loads and communication with customers a great resource! The client back up has always been professional with the states and very timely in their replies, but likewise our representative has been so engaging and touching base to brand sure everything is going well!
It is unproblematic and fast to use on my reckoner! I beloved being able to generate data for my IFTA reports each quarter and Armada Consummate breaks it down to a simple process that gives me an abundance of information I need!
I call up the just thing would be from our mechanical side, of being able to install the trackers inside our garage and not outside in inclement conditions. I don't have a lot of experience with other tracking apps merely I exercise detect this one piece of cake to use. Overall satisfied with its performance. We used to in the past have problems with the trackers in the vehicles would sporadically lose tracking but that seemed to solve itself recently.
I actually like you use google maps. With google maps and the traffic indicator it really helps program routes for traffic heavy times during the day. I practice like the app availability so I am able to runway our vehicles during those unexpected times when I'one thousand non in the office.
I find the desktop app version works better than the web based version. I find the spider web base version slows downward my computer. I have the same issue with the desktop app version just not as bad equally the web based. Also I don't similar when i'chiliad looking for 1 detail vehicle and select it I notice it difficult to deselect it. Information technology will continue to rail that same vehicle until I select a unlike vehicle or restart the app.

Overall, I find the software to run across my expectations for my pocket-sized armada. I typically utilize it to go along track of the hours driven and review reports easily through excel.
I've used several fleet tracking softwares throughout the years and I've had bug with the complexities of the interface for users with smaller fleets. I find Fleet Complete to be the easiest to understand and even customize.
The customer back up could exist improve. Nosotros have bug with one of our devices arrangement went down. It took several phone calls and emails to go tech support to submit an actual ticket to get a technician to install a new device. Nosotros did receive a credit for the months it did not work.

Overall a decent experience, merely value for coin is where they lack… With the number of vehicles in our armada we should accept our issues resolved immediately
Power to track and monitor avails and fleet - Speed, harsh breaking, Rapid dispatch are some of the options available. You tin also do a breadcrumb trail monitor on assets to determine where they have gone and what road they took to go to their destinations
The mobile app is very clunky and buggy, often crashes and has not improved at all over the years. GPS organization in the vehicle often gets unplugged by technicians and not reinstalled afterward service.

GPS is not accurate in all areas and does create issues when logging fuel, Billing is a nightmare our bills are ever twice what we where told do non trust them if you have a large armada and if you need to down size as we did they will bend you over earlier working with yous and under no way will they work with yous if you have to down size, all they want is there money. I practice like the software if information technology were fully and properly functionable still it is non... we have been with FC since may of 2019 and have had unbelievable issues. IFTA reporting issues. non working cameras, not properly tracking drivers with trucks, ODM reporting issues, other reporting bug. all issues have been sent to support over and once more and they never get stock-still. at this signal I feel like we were sold a faulty product. amongst things not working we got stuck paying for features that don't piece of work or that are non of use to u.s.. the people I work with direct that are assigned to my account are not bad but whomever they ship to a higher place support tickets to seem to non know their own product or how to gear up it. this switch to your software has been a major headache and has made my chore very difficult on a daily level.
same as in a higher place, also it is very much so a hassle to have to utilize a different app for all the functions. due to this specifically (since we were not told they were all on different apps) we will be and have cut out a lot that we were wanting. having to employ any different apps multiple times per day is not user-friendly for any driver.

Client notification system is our main benefit now. We utilize to be able to check in on drivers while on the get but since Armada Complete completely ruined their mobile app the service is nigh worthless to us. The new app looks similar it was developed by someone with no feel whatsoever in mobile application development.
PC software is feature rich and nosotros love the client (POI) notification system. It sends our clients an email every time a truck arrives and departs from our client'southward property. The tracking is very accurate and comes with a host of features like idle times, hard braking, harsh acceleration etc. This allows us to "fine melody" our drivers.
The main issue with Fleet Complete is they recently changed their mobile app and made it completely useless. Their previous mobile app worked well and allowed us to quickly check on our drivers while on the go. We could easily switch from truck to truck with just a few taps on our screen but not with this new software. The new app is nothing brusque of awful. (and that is being overnice) We accept asked them to bring back the one-time app just they outright turn down. Why on earth a company would take a perfectly good mobile app and revamp it into something worthless is beyond us. If you are a business possessor that is hands on and on the go and demand to cheque on drivers remotely so stay far away from Fleet Complete unless they bring back their onetime app. This has been such a huge disappointment I am now looking for new fleet tracking providers despite being a client of Armada Consummate for years. Someone in the office dropped the ball and made a very bad determination. I hope whomever made their mobile app then bad is quickly removed from the company and someone remakes it earlier they lose many clients.

Different colors on maps for types of vehicles which is helpful in readily identifying the fleet. When I demand it. I take to reload it. Not very dependable if takes such an attempt! I haven't had this problem with other tracking packages we have used! They continually advise me to remove the software and reload it, but I have other things to do.
